Support:
Metal frame with cross-sections of 60*30, 40*25, 40*20, and 20*20 mm.
Steel box section with a welded steel support.
Floor mounting base: 2.5 mm stamped steel.
Internal seat back structure:
12 mm laminated plywood.
Fabric:
Triple-laminated caprovelour, 650 g/m² density. The fabric is abrasion-resistant, does not change color under various influences, and is easily cleaned of heavy soiling. Armrest:
Solid beech.
Decorative and supporting elements made of solid beech, coated with impact-resistant polyurethane varnish. Alternatively, the armrest can be made of polyurethane (optional with a cup holder).
Protection:
Laminated surfaces.
Abrasion-resistant textile elements.
Standard:
The metal parts of the structure are coated with several protective anti-corrosion layers, the final layer of the metal coating being epoxy powder, hardened by heat treatment.
