The stationary tribune is a heavy-duty metal structure. It is constructed of robust metal parts with reinforcing ribs. It can be manufactured to any available dimensions.
The structure uses:
standard steel profile pipes according to GOST 25577-83: 20x20x2; 40x40x3; 60x40x3; 50x100x3; 80x60x3
Aisle decking – moisture-resistant laminated plywood with a non-slip coating or corrugated lentil sheet.
The metal elements are joined into assemblies using semiautomatic arc welding in a protective gas environment. The structures are assembled using galvanized bolted connections.
The metal structures are coated with polymer powder paint according to SNiP 2.03.11-85. The color is specified by the customer. To ensure spectator safety, 900mm-high side and rear railings are provided. The metal railings are powder-coated and feature gratings.
