The telescopic tribine is a company development and draws on European manufacturing experience for arenas and halls. Folding and unfolding the grandstands requires little effort. Our specialists customize the grandstands to meet specific customer requirements.
The design utilizes:
standard steel profile pipes complying with GOST 25577-83;
aisle decking – 15-21 mm thick moisture-resistant laminated plywood with a non-slip coating, finished with 2 mm thick PVC edging.
Additionally, the ends of the grandstand can be covered with heavy-duty fabric curtains to prevent unauthorized access underneath the grandstand. The metal components are joined into assemblies using semiautomatic gas-shielded welding. The structures are assembled using galvanized bolted connections. The metal structures are coated with polymer powder enamel. The color is specified by the customer.
To ensure spectator safety, 900 mm high side and rear railings are provided. Powder-coated metal railings with gratings are installed. Guides for extending the modules and locking mechanisms to prevent longitudinal movement are provided for module transformation and subsequent locking. Smooth movement of the stands is ensured by polyamide wheels with a colored polyurethane coating and double precision bearings (PUR diameter 125×40 mm, maximum wheel load from 300 kg). Telescopic stands are designed according to the customer’s individual requirements (hall dimensions, height of the under-balcony space or stand height, sports hall design, functional features, etc.).
The number of rows and seats, color scheme, presence and placement of railings and stairways, and overall stand dimensions will be determined in accordance with the customer’s specifications.
