Glued plywood 13 mm.
Upholstery.
The upholstery is made of molded polyurethane foam (FPPU) with a density of 60 kg/m³ and 45 kg/m³, rather than cut foam rubber. The density of molded polyurethane foam components is significantly higher than that of block polyurethane foam components with similar physical and mechanical properties: at least 42 kg/m³ for seat backs, and at least 4548 kg/m³ for the more heavily loaded seating area. This guarantees a minimum service life of 15 years for the upholstered elements.
Fabric:
Triple-ply caprovelour, 650 g/m² density. The fabric is abrasion-resistant, does not change color under various influences, and is easy to clean from heavy dirt.
Armrest:
Solid beech.
Decorative and supporting elements made of solid beech, coated with impact-resistant polyurethane varnish. Alternatively, the armrest can be made of polyurethane (can be equipped with a cup holder).
Protection:
Laminated surfaces.
Textile elements with wear-resistant properties. Standard:
The metal parts of the structure are coated with several protective anti-corrosion layers, the final layer of metal coating consisting of epoxy powder, fixed by heat treatment.
Power units are made of 10-12 mm thick metal.
The metal elements are coated with a polymer coating that protects against scratches and prevents rust.
